    Montville GOP endorses McNally for mayor

    Montville — Town Councilor Thomas McNally, chairman of the Republican Town Committee, has won his party’s unanimous endorsement for mayor, the committee announced.

    McNally, a small business owner, has been Republican Town Committee chairman for eight years and has served on the Board of Education and the Public Safety Commission.

    The committee said it also has endorsed a slate of Town Council candidates that includes incumbent Kathy Pollard and newcomers Joe Rogulski, Wills Pike, Mathew Larviere and Joseph Aquitante.

    For the Board of Education, the committee endorsed incumbent Robert Mitchell and Collen Rix. Members also endorsed Elmer Wittkofske for the Zoning Board of Appeals.
