New London — The registrars of voters have planned two special voter registration sessions at the registrars office in City Hall prior to the Nov. 3 municipal election.

The first will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The second registration session will take place between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Oct. 27.

The Oct. 27 session will be the last day for registering in person to be eligible to vote Nov. 3.

There are exceptions for those turning 18 after the Oct. 27 deadline, anyone who has moved into the city and those who become citizens after the deadline.

Those people, along with military personnel, can register until 5 p.m. on Nov. 2.
