Jorge Cajas, 19, of 11 Colman St., was charged Tuesday with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Muhammad Woodhall, 27, of 65 Shaw St., Apt. B1, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Norwich

Michial Little, 49, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Monday with possession of a hallucinogen.

Euscbio Valdez, 32, of 215 Norwich Ave., Apt. 2, Taftville, was charged Monday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Eric Orenso, 38, of 316 Laurel Hill, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and possession of marijuana.

Jenny Bonilla, 34, of 314 Laurel Hill, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Waterford

Milton Garcia, 26, of 40 Groton Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license or registration.  

Aaron Graser, 37, of no known address, was charged Monday with second-degree strangulation and breach of peace.

Rashad Pauley, 23, of 450 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to drive in the proper lane.
