Keeping fit in Groton

Mary Dickson, right, of Groton, participates in "Heart Healthy Fitness," at the Groton Senior Center, Monday, Jan. 11, 2016. The hour-long class, which is three times per week, is taught by Lorraine Raimondi of Niantic. She has been teaching there for about 15 years. The program consists of 35 minutes of cardiovascular and 25 minutes of strength and stretching.
