    New London — The USS Ramage (DDG 61) has arrived.

    The Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer will be docked at Fort Trumbull and open to the public for tours this weekend as part of the Connecticut Maritime Heritage Festival.

    The festival kicks off Friday.
