Patricia A. Perron of Ingersoll, Ontario, sent in this photograph of the 1923 Confirmation class of St. Mary Star of the Sea Church in New London. Her mother, Mary Ellen Nagle, last row, third from right, was born in New London in 1909 and lived with her family on Culter Street. Her mother married Paul Piche, a Spitfire pilot who was killed in World War II in 1944. Perron, who lived in New London the first 10 years of her life, said she found the photograph while looking for her New London relatives.
