Ledge Light Health District will host a "Drive-Thru to Beat the Flu" clinic at the City of Groton Municipal Building, 295 Meridian St., from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday or until supplies last.

Flu shots will be available for adults 18 years and older at no cost. This clinic serves as a mass dispensing exercise for the Ledge Light Health District Medical Reserve Corps. The mass dispensing area served by Ledge Light includes New London, Groton, East Lyme, Ledyard, Waterford, Stonington, North Stonington, Lyme and Old Lyme. 

Ledge Light will sponsor additional flu clinics in New London from 3 to 6 p.m. on Oct. 11 and 18 at the Field of Greens Farmers’ Markets at Washington Park, and from 3 to 6 p.m. Oct. 14 and 21 at Williams Park.
