Washington Trust Charitable Foundation assists 18 food pantries

Westerly -- The Washington Trust Charitable Foundation has announced that it has donated a total of $9,000 to assist 18 local food pantries located in the Southern New England communities the bank serves.

Among those receiving $500 donations each were the W.A.R.M. Shelter and Jonnycake Center in Westerly and the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.
