Waterford-Montville state representative to hold constituent meeting May 6

Montville — State Rep. Kathleen McCarty, who represents Waterford and part of Montville, will host a May 6 meeting at David’s Place in Oakdale.
McCarty, a Republican who was elected to a second term representing the state House of Representatives 38th District in November, will solicit ideas about ways to balance Connecticut’s budget and legislation proposals that could benefit local towns.
