Groton — The annual Noank Artists’ Summer Art Exhibition and Sale opens this weekend at the Latham Chester Store Gallery at the foot of Main Street in Noank Village.

The exhibition will open from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday, then continue until Labor Day, with gallery hours from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

Area artists contribute to the exhibition to benefit the Noank Historical Society, which owns the gallery building. Artists manage the gallery and are often available to present their work and handle sales.
