Norwich Vietnam Veterans Day ceremony April 29

Norwich — The Norwich Area Veterans Council will conduct a Vietnam Veterans Day Ceremony at 1 p.m. on April 29 on Chelsea Parade, which is between Washington Street and Broadway across from Norwich Free Academy. The event will happen rain or shine.

All are invited to attend this ceremony commemorating those who served during and those who were lost in the Vietnam War.
