    Groton Town

    Nelson A. Panganiban Jr., 24, of 64 Round Hill Road was charged Thursday with driving without a breath-alcohol ignition lock and failure to use a turn signal.

    Desire L. Broome, 49, of 9 School St., No. 1, Mystic, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    New London

    Melissa Weber, 39, of 43 Bank St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Adam Lusk, 44, of Surprise, Ariz., was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Dylan Bishop, 28, of 17 Maple Court, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and following too closely.

    Norwich

    Michael Boyce, 39, of 51 Division St. was charged Thursday with eight counts of failure to verify address as a sex offender.

    Stephan Clarke, 42, of 95 Spring St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

    Kaitlyn Schofner, 21, of 40 Hamilton St. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    John McCarthy, 53, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with first-degree threatening and breach of peace.

    Chelsea Gray, 25, of Colchester was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny, second-degree harassment and credit card theft.

    State police - Montville

    John Sasman, 28, of 85 Norwich-Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday in New London with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.

    Waterford

    Erin Beared, 34, of 13 North Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jennifer Gonsalves, 30, of 127 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
