    Robert Ashburn, 59, of 8 Giants Neck Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Robert T. Magalis, 41, of 25 Cutler St., was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Mayobanex Acosta-Sosa, 23, of 136 Paul Revere Road, was charged Saturday with failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Norwich

    Hy Kha, 40, of 209 Laurel Hill Ave., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Guy Bryant, 45, of 52 Laurel Hill Ave., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and interfering with a police officer.

    Diane M. Houchins, 43, of 15 South A St., was charged Friday with cruelty to animals.

    Juanita Gibbs, 55, of 49 Lambert Drive, was charged Friday with third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree larceny.

    Carmen Ramirez, 43, of 5 Norman Road Apt. 10, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Craig Fargo, 33, of 32 Walnut Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    Stephen Reid, 60, of 46 Geer Ave., was charged Saturday with public indecency, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

    Marc J. Michaud, 48, of 13 Tanglewood Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday in Preston with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility and failure to maintain lane.

    Waterford

    Christopher Vargas, 20, of 93 State Pier Road, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.
