    Groton City

    Anthony Sharp, 38, of 262 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Maria E. Moreno, 34, of 216 Perry St., New London, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and criminal impersonation.

    Angel Lorenzo, 34, of 39 Rodgers Road, New London, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, interfering with an officer and criminal impersonation.

    Antonio D. Burley, 37, of 150 Judson Ave., Mystic, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and failure to wear a seat belt.

    David W. Signorino, 39, of 12 Birmingham Court was charged Monday with using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, sixth-degree larceny, fraudulent use of an automated bank machine and illegal use of a credit card.

    Shane T. Short, 50, of 1290 North Road, No. 6, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Kelly D. Nixon, 22, of Colchester was charged Tuesday with reckless burning, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

    Arthur J. Gillespie, 50, of 191 Virgo Drive, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry insurance.

    Jaclyn M. Lanata, 40, of 1 Thames River Place, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    William Sheppard, 41, of 51 Launerdale Drive was charged Monday with violation of probation.

    James Gannon, 20, of 12 N. Main St., Jewett City, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Bernard Thomas, 46, of 500 N. Main St. was charged Sunday with threatening and breach of peace.

    Jeffrey Lamphere, 23, of Sterling was charged Monday in Sterling with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment.

    Stephen Jacobs, 50, of 22 Harris Fuller Road, Preston, was charged Monday in Preston with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Radames Campos, 65, of Hartford was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Cody M. Candelet, 19, of 20 Sloop Lane, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.
