    Groton City

    Adele K. Bouthillier, 42, of 24 W. Elderkin Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.    

    New London

    Paul S. Long, 50, of 73 Hempstead St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and criminal possession of a firearm.

    Dante Hughes, of 4 Waco Court, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry insurance and misuse of plates.

    Edgardo Trinidad, 45, 202 Colman St., Apt. 309, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

    Post B. Ellis, 70, of 7 Stewart St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Norwich

    Tito Alvarado, 26, of 365 Second Ave. was charged Feb. 4 with evading responsibility, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

    Jovanny Camacho, 25, of 35 Chestnut St., Apt. 313, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

    State Police - Montville

    Marvin J. Barnes, 47, of 148 Mathewson St., Apt. 40, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Ledyard with interfering with an officer and possession of weapons in vehicles.

    Sean Smith, 23, of 986 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with being a fugitive from a justice. 

    Stonington

    Brandy Williamson, 34, homeless, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Donald D. Melzer, 45, of 7 Alden St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Michael N. Rosseau, 21, of 4 Morton Ave., Apt. 4, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with accessory to third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.
