    Groton Town

    Nnamdii Ross, 28, of 31 Mopsic St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with failure to have stop lamps/turn signals, disobeying the signal of an officer, driving without a license, interfering with police and possession of narcotics.

    Craig J. Kelly, 30, of Providence, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Roger S. Hudnall, 45, of 68 A St. was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor and two counts of third-degree assault.

    Brandon C. Algiere, 23, of 102 Oak St., Westerly, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Daniel R. Santerre, 46, of 600 Meridian St. Ext.,  No. 811, was charged Tuesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dee C. Cheshire, 78, of 372 Col. Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass and criminal lockout.

    Sara A. Murcko, 25, of 291 Osprey Drive was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    David Allard, 26, of 18 Hammond Ave. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and first-degree custodial interference.

    Waterford

    Matthew Dipinito, 25, of 104 Sancherry Lane, Hamilton, Montana, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michaela Love, 35, of 5 Mago Blvd. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
