In addition to the second-degree larceny charge, police also held a warrant for Timothy E. Kisch, 34, of 153 High St., Westerly, for sale of narcotics and conspiracy to sell narcotics. He was held over the weekend by police and is slated to appear in New London Superior Court on Monday. The Stonington Police Department’s detective and patrol divisions were assisted by the Westerly Police Department and Connecticut State’s Attorney’s office during an investigation that took place over the last few months.
