    New London

    Lisa Conte, 49, of 215 Main St., Apt. 108, was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of narcotics, interfering with police and tampering with evidence.

    John Simmons, 24, of 84 W. Coit St., was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension and failure to have head lamps illuminated.

    Mary-Beth Roush, 35, of 35 Railroad Ave., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension, tinted windows and no front plate.

    Philip Johnson, 24, of 3 Hart St., Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    James Wise, 25, of 19 West St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, interfering with police and assault on a police officer.

    Sheldon Thomas, 22, of 36 Wausau Place, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia and weapon in a motor vehicle.

    A 17-year-old juvenile from Waterford was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Lisa Decora, 34, of 19 West St., was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Robert Maldon, 21, of 57 Jay St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of public housing.

    Ramon Gomez, 35, of 28 Konomoc St., was charged Tuesday with driving under suspension.

    Jose Pruett, 22, of 28 Ashcraft Ave., was charged Tuesday with first-degree sexual assault and second-degree false statement.

    Norwich

    Amy Wiese, 32, of 145 Rockwell St., was charged Tuesday with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jason Gilliard, 18, of 24 Eighth St., was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Rachel Bewlay, 18, of 69 Providence St., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Vito L. Cruz, 20, of 199 Dunham St., was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

    Manuel Lopes, 29, of 16 Franklin St. #309, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Old Lyme

    Aaron A. Weberg, 20, of Terryville, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Carlos Sanchez, 25, of 2 Ruth Drive, Old Saybrook, was charged May 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Arturo Arroyo, 30, of Hartford, was charged May 29 with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

    Omarr Martinez, 30, of West Hartford, was charged May 29 with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

    Spencer Edwards, 21, of 341 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, was charged May 29 with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry registration, failure to display safety number plates and driving without a motorcycle license.

    Andrew K. Groth, 18, of 1 Jean Drive, was charged May 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Dustin Lasky, 18, of 80 Sill Lane, was charged May 20 with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Old Saybrook

    Colette Demont-Matson, 62, of 34 Prospect St., Essex, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Luis Cajamarca, 30, of 5 Liberty Place, Clinton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving without a license and improper signaling for a turn or stop.

    Laura A. Urban, 30, of 21 Lookout Hill Road, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Steven E. Mims, 33, of 57 Gates Road, was charged last Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

    Robert O. Rankin, 20, of 49 Essex St., Deep River, was charged last Wednesday with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Mark A. Cozino, 41, of 38 Ford Drive, was charged last Wednesday with reckless driving.

    State police - Westbrook

    Eric J. Griswold, 34, of 86 Mill Rock Road, Old Saybrook, was charged Monday in Westbrook with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Jhony Calle, 25, of Middletown, was charged May 30 in Old Lyme with interfering with an officer.

    Roy Drayton, 41, of 5 Rosemary St., New London, was charged May 19 in Middletown with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Benjamin Albert, 29, of Bristol, was charged May 18 in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Eric C. Weaver, 45, of 220 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain a lane.

    Stonington

    Donald K. Arruda, 22, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    William K. Allman, 21, of 352 Flanders Road, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and failure to have lights lit.

    Christina F. Ruzicka, 36, of 221 North Water St., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
