Jason Carver, 31, of 40 Hobart Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment.

John Mancuso, 45, of 318 Glenwood Ave., New London, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Justin T. Patt, 22, of 501 Lantern Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane, and interfering with a police officer.

Keith Diaz, 35, of 3 Broadview Ave., Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, and driving without a license.

Richard Parker, 25, of Willimantic was charged Sunday in Old Lyme with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Robert G. Hotchkiss, 65, of 1 Salt Meadow Road, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday in Old Lyme with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Maria Brenza, 30, of 56 Hartford Ave., Apt. C, Old Lyme, was charged June 13 in Old Lyme with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Neal E. Couture, 45, of 28 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged June 11 in Chester with sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Janece Schneider, 44, of 8 Esther Pond Lane, East Lyme, was charged June 7 in East Lyme with risk of injury to a child and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Roman Hernandez, 55, of 17 Marlene Drive, Ledyard, was charged June 7 in Old Lyme with driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.

Christopher Spielman, 26, of 83 Beach Drive, Norwich, was charged June 7 in Ledyard with failure to keep a narcotic in its original container and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rachael J. Kudej, 40, of Lisbon was charged June 7 in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to driver in the proper lane.

Sean R. Looney, 34, of 2 Moss Point Trail, Old Lyme, was charged June 3 in New London with fourth-degree larceny.

Kayla Montanaro, 28, of Wethersfield, was charged June 2 in Old Lyme with interfering with a police officer.

Candace N. White, 30, of 252 N. Water St., Apt. B, was charged Sunday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to pay or plead.

Brendan G. Heath, 48, of 6 Broad St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with second-degree falsely reporting an incident.
