Updated: Portion of Ocean Avenue in New London reopens after car snaps utility pole

New London — Ocean Avenue between Willetts Avenue and Longview Street has reopened after a car struck and snapped an utility pole early this morning.

The accident happened around 2 a.m. No injuries or arrests were reported.
