Kareem Young, 37, of 29 Cottage St., New London, was charged Monday with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, reckless driving, failure to obey an officer's signal to stop and driving with a suspended license.

Sazet Figueroa, 21, of 48 Mather Ave., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving without a valid license.

Sandy James, 33, of 464 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Janet L. Plikus, 40, of 760 Broad St., Waterford, was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of criminal attempt at first-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Leon C. Armwood Jr., 43, of 6 Buckeye Road, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Amy E. McCarthy, 24, of New Haven, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Milton Tenesaca, 26, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. B19, was charged Tuesday with operating under suspension and failure to obey traffic control signal.

Laura Carlson, 22, of 12 Pratt St., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and following too closely.

Michael Parent, 20, of 87 West Town St., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, operating under suspension and failure to have lights on.

Lee Hwajin, 37, of 444 Canterbury Turnpike, was charged Monday with evading responsibility and second-degree falsely reporting an incident.

Mallory Milner, 22, of 33 North B St., was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and assault on an officer.
