    Donna E. Moon, 64, of 895 Shennecossett Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Groton Town

    Matthew Bai, 39, of Vista, Calif., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and breach of peace.

    New London

    Andre N. Cluff, 22, of 33 Perry St., was charged Saturday with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell and possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a housing project.

    Jeremiah Simons, 23, of 30 Farmington St., was charged Saturday with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, third-degree trespass and possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a housing project.

    Norwich

    Jose Zaporta, 22, of 27 Allen Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, engaging police in a pursuit, traveling too fast and violation of a protective order.

    Domingo Delacruz, 26, of 187 Broad St., was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jean Celestin, 20, of 275 Prospect St., was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

    Cass R. Wolfenbarger, 23, of 22 Irving St., Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Timothy Cook, 27, of no known address, was charged Sunday with carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying facsimile firearm and second-degree threatening.

    Stonington

    Sharon J. Browning, 45, of 52 Deer Ridge Road, Old Mystic, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Patrick Stanton, 25, of 275 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of less than 5 ounces of a cannabis-type substance.
