    East Lyme

    Ronald A. Whitfield, 22, of 48 Oak St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and improper signaling.

    Groton Town

    James F. Hill, 51, of 516 Gold Star Highway was charged Saturday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    New London

    Marijane C. Angels, 59, of 278 Hitchcock Road, Southington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    Carlos Manuel Sanchez, 22, of 146 Huntington St., No. 3, was charged Friday with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Cesar Lopez, 32, of 146 Huntington St., No. 3, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Leland Matthewson, 26, of 56 Arrowhead Road, Griswold, was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Rhianna Matthewson, 26, of 56 Arrowhead Road, Griswold, was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and attempted second-degree assault.

    State Police - Montville

    Joseph Allen, 20, of 83 Mansfield Road, No. 103, New London, was charged Friday in New London with assaulting public safety or emergency personnel and escape from custody.

    Stonington

    Rebecca Lee Nutt, 32, of 46 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer and third-degree assault.

    Frank V. Messina, 29, of 46 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

    Theresa V. Donatelli, 47, of 67 Moss St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

    Patrick F. Alwill, 40, of 50 Central Ave., No. 1, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

    William Portal Jr., 25, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Jeremy Richmond, 31, of Plainfield was charged Friday with failure to have tail lamps illuminated and driving with a suspended license or registration.

    Isaias Martin, 32, of Woodbridge was charged Friday with following too closely, evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
