Christian P. Vargas, 24, of 49 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Ronald R. Fillmore, 44, of 165 Eastern Point Road, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

Melissa D. Farooq, 39, of 4 Main St., Niantic, was charged Sunday with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Joseph Walmaley, 45, of 21 Phillips St., Griswold, was charged Monday in Norwich with driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance coverage and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lenny Luna, 22, of 140 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher M. Barrera, 18, of 17 Hartford Court, Groton, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer, racing, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Ronald Stallings, 55, of 67 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with one count of first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Thomas Kelly, 29, of 86 Summer St., New London, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
