Stanley Vitale, 45, of Hamden, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and creating a public disturbance.

Daniel Soler, 21, of 43 Quarto Road, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have tail light illuminated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Pedro Camacho, 27, of 103 Norwood Street, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with a police officer, disobeying the signal of an officer and reckless driving.
