Waterford police charge man with sexual assault

Waterford — Police arrested an Ellington man Wednesday on a warrant that alleges he engaged in sexual relations with a juvenile female he met through the Internet.
Adam Friedman, 27, was charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault.
Police said he allegedly contacted the victim through the Internet and through various social media. Police said he had sexual relations with the victim on numerous occasions.
Friedman was released on a $300,000 bond.
