Elijah Casey, 18, of 75 Geer Ave. was charged Sept. 3 with breach of peace.

Jay O. Anderson, 51, of 10 S. Second Ave. was charged Friday with three counts of possession of narcotics and one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
