    Norwich police arrest man on numerous drug, weapon charges

    Norwich — Police arrested a local man Monday night at his Boswell Avenue apartment on numerous drug and weapon charges.

    Terrell Frazier, 42, of 575 Boswell Ave., Unit 20, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, two counts possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of a firearm and possession of high-capacity magazines.

    About 7 p.m. Monday, members of the Detective and Patrol divisions executed a search and seizure warrant at Frazier's apartment.

    Police said various types of illegal narcotics, such as hydrocodone, promethazine, codeine and crack cocaine, money and a stolen handgun were found within the residence.

    Police said they also had a warrant for his arrest that charged him with an additional count of possession of narcotics.

    Frazier is being held on a $300,000 bond, pending his arraignment Oct. 1 in Norwich Superior Court.
