Matthew N. James, 19, of 16 Sunshine Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Ronal Y. Gaitan, 21, of 22 Spring Valley Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving too fast for conditions, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry an insurance card and failure to return license after suspension.

Alton Britt, 56, of 17 Vine St., was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Ashley Edwards, 20, of 33 Oakwood Knoll, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving without head lamps lit, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry a license.

Nikolas A. Morrison, 20, of 9 Joyce Drive, Niantic, was charged Friday in East Lyme with violation of probation.

Matthew Gibson, 30, of 23 Sharon Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday in Montville with two counts of violation of probation.

Henry Hoffler, 59, of 177 Mystic Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Michael Sanbrano, 26, of Queens, N.Y., was charged Friday with second-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and interfering with a police officer.

Ana Gomez, 42, of Queens, N.Y., was charged Friday with second-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, and interfering with a police officer.
