    New London

    Justine Faith Prue, 45, of 7 Rhode Island Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

    Demedrese Granger, 41, of 33 Summer St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Arnold Campell, 49, of 20 Belden Court, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

    Todd Jacobs, 47, of 41 Eastern Ave., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Mariano Rolon, 29, of 65 Federal St., Apt. 5, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of license plates, driving without a license and unsafe movement.

    Germaine Carter, 32, of 19 Jay St., was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

    Jarod Holloman, 22, of 40 Pine St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, threatening and possession of a dangerous weapon.

    Alise D. Cooper, 21, of 76 Federal St., was charged Sunday with first-degree trespassing.

    Norwich

    Chuma Hart, 25, of 403B E. Main St., Griswold, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jason Preston, 38, of 600 Boswell Ave., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving without a front license plate, traveling unreasonably fast and disobeying a police officer's signal.

    Jabari Hendricks, 36, of 51 Division St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Timothy Michael Moynihan, 30, of Brooklyn, was charged Saturday in Norwich with second-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

    John C. Brown, 38, of Lisbon, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Jessica Lynn Clinton, 22, of 329 Canterbury Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Stonington

    William F. Dougherty III, 21, of 7 Gallup St., Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Tyler J. Conrad, 19, of North Dighton, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Scott C. Rathgaber, 26, of 19 Cosmo St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper use of high beams.

    Waterford

    Terence Brookins, 25, of Hartford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Jeffrey Picardi, 31, of 280 Gardner Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
