Norwich police issue bulletin for endangered runaway Moise Lauture

Norwich _ Police have issued a bulletin for a missing 14-year-old boy who they have classified as an endangered runaway.

Moise Lauture, was last seen Wednesday, Oct. 14. He is described as black, with black hair and brown eyes, five feet, six inches tall and 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing an orange and black sweater and white sneakers. Anyone with information about him is asked to call police at 860-886-5561. Ext. 6.
