Stonington police arrest 2 on charges of narcotics, drug paraphernalia
Stonington — Police have arrested two women on charges of possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Robin Santos, 50, and Cathleen Kosloskey, 57, both of 76 Liberty St., Apt. #1, were arrested Thursday evening after detectives and a police K-9 unit served a search and seizure warrant at the residence.
The detectives obtained the warrant after a months-long investigation “that indicated illicit drug activity was taking place at the residence,” according to a release from the Stonington Police Department.
An amount of cocaine, although police would not specify the specific amount, and drug paraphernalia were found in the residence.
