    Jeffrey T. Pope, 40, of 3 Devonshire Drive, Waterford, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.

    James M. Cavanagh, 18, of 56 Golf St., was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree false statements.

    Dondi Howell, 45, of 20 Pleasant St., was charged Friday with violating a protective order and breach of peace.

    Jesse Brown, 58, of 103 Laurel Drive, was charged Friday with violating a protective order and breach of peace.

    Michael G. Demetrio, 34, of unknown address, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way. (Editor's note: An incorrect address appeared with the original version of this item.)

    Christopher G. Winston, 41, of 254 Eugene O'Neill Drive, unit 1, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Olga B Herrera, 22, of 137 Paul Revere Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to maintain lane.

    Emanuel R. Rivera, 39, of 8 Eleven St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree shoplifting and held on an out-of-state fugitive arrest warrant.

    Ryan Irvine, 33, of 250 Route 164, Preston, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling fast, and failure to drive right.

    Shanan Willoughby, 30, of 219 Broadway, unit 5, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, interfering with police, assault on a police officer, criminal impersonation and first-degree forgery.

    Fredrick Eadie, 57, of 100 Broad St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
