Tractor-trailer and car collide, briefly close Route 156 in East Lyme

East Lyme — Route 156 was closed briefly in East Lyme Monday afternoon after a tractor-trailer collided with a car, according to state police.

Police said the 2 p.m. accident, which occurred at 87 W. Main St. in front of Guy's Oil Service Station Inc., was minor and that there were no injuries.
