    Carmen S. Rivera, 31, of 23 Rosemary St., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, evading responsibility, assaulting a police officer, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.

    Benjamin D. Stavens, 20, of 61 Maple Ave., first floor, was charged Wednesday with second-degree reckless endangerment, weapons in a motor vehicle and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Norwich

    Thaddeus Powers, 25, of Colchester, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Carol Coelho, 36, of 494 E. Main St., was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Rocha Brown, 45, of 43 Union St., was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer and second-degree breach of peace.

    Nicole Larkie, 30, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. F2, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, disobeying a traffic signal and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ashton M. Allen, 50, of 5 Fifers Lane, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with second-degree sexual assault and third-degree strangulation.

    Johnnie L. Baskin, 38, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with second-degree stalking and disorderly conduct.

    Waterford

    Corey Tonucci, 20, of 117 Great Neck Road, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Susan Blake, 42, of North Branford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Robert Keltner, 29, of 9 Winthrop Court, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
