Benjamin D. Stavens, 20, of 61 Maple Ave., first floor, was charged Wednesday with second-degree reckless endangerment, weapons in a motor vehicle and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Thaddeus Powers, 25, of Colchester, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
