Nicholas J. Fisher, 32, of 9 Cleveland St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of markers and failure to have proper insurance.
