Maddalena P. Mentz, 24, of 82 Peck St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and one count of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Marisol Rivera, 25, of 38 McKinley Ave., B2, was charged Tuesday with three counts each of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Hannah Stoner, 21, of 1 Thames Place, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
