    Groton City

    Joshua M. Olsen, 37, of 62 Warner St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Groton Town

    Robert K. Nolan, 56, of 66 Pamela Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying the signal of an officer and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

    Susan M. Sawyer, 44, of 608 Shennecossett Road was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

    Alexus T. McClellan, 41, of 20 York Court was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Kyle Gillick, 20, of 194 Dawley Drive, Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving as a minor with an elevated blood alcohol level.

    New London

    Manylynn Manca, 26, of 4 Pequot Road, Apt. A, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Jamel McIntosh, 40, of 14B Stuart St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with a police officer and driving with a suspended license.

    Edward M. Frost, 53, of 19 Franklin St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Javier Serrano, 38, of 40 Crystal Ave., Apt. C31, was charged Saturday with failure to register as a sexual offender, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Shanna L. O'Connell, 23, of 125 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Michael T. Stuart, 48, of 16 Moss St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Waterford

    Daniel Anton, 36, of 407 Boston Post Road was charged Friday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear.
