Brian Cagle, 35, of 259 Washington St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.
Thomas C. Farizer, 53, of Providence was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
John Johnson, 35, of 67 Peck St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Scott H. Butler, 26, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.
State Police - Montville
Mark Hunphrey, 53, of Glastonbury was charged Tuesday in New London with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.
Waterford
Wayne Moniz, 27, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree strangulation.
Luis Grullon-Maldonado, 22, of 2520 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, driving a vehicle in violation of license classification and improper use of plates.
Allan Vargas, 20, of 47 Federal St., New London, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive at a reasonable distance, evading responsibility and driving without a license.
