    Felicia Lessing, 24, of 310 Mitchell St., Apt. G4, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, narcotics not kept in original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    Christopher L. Thomas, 23, of 107 Benham Road was charged Tuesday with failure to respond to a payable violation, second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jason E. Fischer, 32, of 54 Oslo St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Tyler C. Perry, 20, of 167 Laurelwood Road was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Alleah Celeste Bryant, 41, of 248 Laurel Drive was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Henry J. Brockenberry, 42, of 248 Laurel Drive was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Marguerite A. Kiely, 65, of 21 Bragaw St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Helen H. Hangac, 59, of 22 Eska Drive, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Justin Murphy, 24, of 3 Whittlesey Court, Niantic, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.
