    Megan M. Sabonis, 31, of 19 Denison Ave. was charged Friday with breach of peace, assaulting an officer and failure to respond to an infraction.

    Earl R. Culebut, 59, of 20 Farmington Ave., No. 3L, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey traffic control signal and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    Gary Carlson, 54, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.  

    Norwich

    Sabrina E. Warner, 26, of 1 Thames River Place, No. 108 was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Diane M. Beatty, 19 of 6 Stanton Ave. was charged Thursday with four counts of third-degree burglary and four counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Timothy Corcoran, 29, of 111 Krodel Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended registration and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Mandy Oatley, 23, of 314 Laurel Hill Road was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Lisa Mosher, 53, of 11 Leonard Road, Mendon, Mass., was charged Friday with breach of peace and assaulting an officer.

    Waterford

    Timothy Atwood, 66, of 218 Canal St., Shelton, was charged Thursday with having the wrong color of stop lamps, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and failing to have insurance.

    Jeffrey Hensel, 21, of 151 Michael Road, New London, was charged Thursday with failing to have insurance.

    Jorge Ramirez-Herrera, 34, of 55 Pine St., New Haven, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failing to have insurance and misuse of plates.

    Bryant Gardner, 27, of 43 Wilson Road, Voluntown, was charged Friday with third-degree identity theft.

    Sandra Kirkland, 41, of 123 Old Norwich Road was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
