    Police logs – Sept. 23, 2016

    Groton Town

    Eliezer A. Quinones, 28, of 300 Brandegee Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to have lights lit and driving with a suspended license.

    Jeffrey A. Toler, 34, of 60 Central Ave. was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    New London

    Daun Alston, 47, of 7 Reyquinn St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kathya Suarez-Santos, 26, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A21, was charged Wednesday with failure to wear a seat belt and driving with a suspended license.

    Emile Ian Tsuma, 33, of 345 Goldstar Highway, Apt. 33, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call.

    Leah J. Heinonen, 27, of 150 Norwich Ave., Apt. 5, Taftville, was charged Tuesday with following too closely, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

    Eric Weaver, 51, of 49 Willetts Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Dishon Morgan, 36, of 33 Tilley St., Apt. 6, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and reckless endangerment.

    Justine Prue, 50, of 5 Tremont St., Waterford, was charged Monday with violation of probation.

    State police - Montville

    Ronald Tavares, 48, of 21 Williams St., Danielson, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and interfering with an officer.

    Richard Tracy, 32, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and conveying an unauthorized item into a correctional facility.  

    Waterford

    Garrett Dugan, 52, of 69 Michael Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.
