    Norwich

    Andre M. Reed, 57, of 24 N. Main St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving with a suspended license and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Darien R. Lucier, 22, of 35 Railroad Ave., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday with possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    State Police — Montville

    James Tracy, 41, of 5 Long Pond Road South, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday in New London with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Thomas Curtis, 32, of 391 Norman Road, Griswold, was charged Sunday in Griswold with failure to carry a license, driving with a suspended license, refusal to show license and traveling at an unreasonable speed and charged Sunday in Montville with violation of probation and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    John H. Lotring, 28, of 15 Orchard Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

    Justina C. Manarite, 28, of 110 Brookside Lane, Apt. 5, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Laura A. Roderick, 47, of 22 Downer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Lexxus M. Reed, 19, of 20 Hancox St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and fifth-degree larceny.

    Michael P. Ryan, 65, of 20 Hancox St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and criminal violation of a protective order.
