    Groton City

    Kalia J. Griffin, 38, of 14 Branford Ave. was charged with third-degree assault on an elderly, blind, disabled or pregnant person and disorderly conduct.

    Groton Town

    John P. Quinn, 61, of 983 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia. 

    New London

    Jocclyn San Antonio-Rodriguez, 24, of 4 Pacific St. was charged Thursday with traveling too fast and driving with a suspended license.

    Joshua Anton, 22, of 116 Viets St., Apt. C1, was charged Thursday with unsafe backing, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Lamont Bell, 43, of Hartford was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving and evading responsibility.

    Sarah Mellon, 24, of 89 Vauxhall St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

    Rafael Alvarez Jr., 58, of 169 Ocean Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Paul Keeler, 27, of 5 Mary Belle Circle, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer.

    Brittany Leasure, 20, of 34 Walden St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with threatening and breach of peace.

    Michael Bushy, 32, of 261 Pequot Ave. was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, driving with a suspended license, passing in a no-passing zone and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Brett Tanner, 52, of no certain address was charged Thursday with possession of hallucinogens and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Glenn Bernoudy, 66, of 18 Hope St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics and failure to have license plate lamps lit.

    Kevin Mendez, 24, of 19 Dart St. was charged Wednesday with following too closely and evading responsibility.

    Paul Spivey, 38, of 22 N. Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 6, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, threatening and interfering with a 911 call.

    Irma Duarte-Ocampo, 36, of 38 Squire St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with reckless endangerment.

    Xavier Goode-Sutton, 25, of 99 Shaw St. was charged Wednesday with sale of narcotics.

    Thomas Champion, 43, of 14 Colman St., Apt. 14, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.
