    Spencer C. Edwards, 26, of 66 Jefferson Ave., No. 4, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

    Atiq Braggs, 24, of 487 Williams St., second floor, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Emarie E. Hagen, 56, of 111 Truman St., No. 6, was charged Thursday with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Arthur Hobson, 29, of 12 Sharac St. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and threatening.

    Raekqwon Edwards, 21, of 20 Belden St. was charged Friday with violation of probation and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Reginald Hill, 36, of 6 Nob Hill Road was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

    Ryan J. Smith, 32, of 51 Mountain Ave. was charged Friday with violation of a restraining order and violation of a protective order.

    Dereck Bonaparte, 26, of no certain address was charged Saturday with interfering with police, third-degree robbery, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree assault, third-degree trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

    Elijah Agosto, 18, of 185 Sandy Lane was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Lorenzo Vincentes, 31, of 139 Broadway was charged Saturday with failure to illuminate headlights and driving while his license is suspended.

    Orlando Cruz Jr., 38, of Bristol was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to illuminate headlights.

    State police – Montville

    Igor Pontes, 22, in custody at the Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Institution, was charged Friday with conveyance of narcotics into a correctional facility and possession of narcotics.

    Edgardo Feliciano, 51, of 13 School Hill Road, Apt. 1, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.
