Route 32 north congested in Montville after tow truck strikes pole

Montville — State Route 32 is congested in both directions after a tow truck collided with a pole near the CVS Pharmacy in Uncasville at about noon.

Lt. Leonard Bunnell said both northbound lanes temporarily were closed as crews worked to remove the vehicle. He expected the right lane would remain closed for an extended amount of time so the pole could be repaired.

The crash caused two minor injuries.

CVS is located at 2005 Route 32.
