    Groton Town

    Karen M. Sullivan, 52, of 310 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with first-degree larceny, first-degree forgery and first-degree identity theft.

    Luis E. Santos, 38, of 22 W. Porter St., 1C, Waterbury, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    State police – Montville

    Jahmal E. Furman, 42, of 177 Broadway, Apt. C9, Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville with driving with a suspended license driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    John Behm, 37, of Newark, N.J., was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving a commercial vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Michael W. Kulak, 48, of 106 North Road, Windham, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Heather Lynn Gagnier, 26, of 7 Gair Court, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Norwich with reckless driving.

    Waterford

    Satasha Senior, 29, of 103 Truman St., New London, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, assault on public safety/emergency medical personnel and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Raymond Brown, 39, of 50 Colman St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny.

    Oscar Baez, 32, of 84 Maple Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny, driving with a suspended license and disobeying the signal of an officer.
