    Patrick D. Frederick, 47, of 2 Wintergreen Drive, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with misuse of marker plates, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

    Eileen Kistner, 39, of 70 Fox Run Lane, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to maintain lane.

    Brian Gay, 19, of 11 Ferry View Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Zachary Watrous, 26, of 393 Gold Star Highway, Groton, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Ledyard

    Colin D. Walkinshaw, 28, of 50 Lakeside Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Samuel M. Greenberg, 20, of 47 Park St., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Christopher D. Jackson, 20, of 47 Park St., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Brennan A. Clark, 22, of 47 Park St., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Matthew Schaniel, 20, of 47 Park St., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Kyle Carmona, 22, of 47 Park St., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Rafael Gonzalez, 28, of 47 Federal St., Apt. H6, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer.

    David Stepp, 46, of 37 Spring St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance.

    Rachel Rae Kennicutt, 28, of 357 Bank St., No. 5, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

    Barreto Marcelino, 26, of 9 Brewer St., was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court and possession of crack cocaine.

    Duane Akins, 38, of 19 Jay St., was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Thomas C. Provost, 57, of 5 Merry Lane, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday in Gales Ferry with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, and following too close.

    Roland W. Schnippering, no age available, of Newfields, N.H., was charged Sunday in Groton with reckless driving and evading responsibility.

    Terrence Scheller, 30, of 129C Route 12, Preston, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Thomas Riley, 52, of 32 Tyler Lane, Norwich, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making a restricted turn.

    Sarah E.A. Rowe, 52, of 13 East Forrest Road, Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Argenis Peguero, 25, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Friday with illegal use of a credit card, accepting stolen credit cards, criminal impersonation, third-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft and sixth-degree larceny.

    Marc Benoit, 56, of 851 Bank St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary and second-degree stalking.

    Lewis Porter, 78, of 871 Vauxhall St. Ext., Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

    Joshua Johnson, 23, of 1703 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with three counts of evading responsibility, two counts of failure to drive at a reasonable distance and failure to grant right of way.
