State Police — Montville

Anthony Gonzalez, 41, of 15 Paster Road, Preston, was charged Wednesday in Preston with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Norwich

Anthony Mitchell, 49, of Willimantic was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to illuminate the rear registration plate.

Mark Archer, 51, of 24 Summer St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.
