Kenneth Craft, 33, of London, Ontario, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jose E. Zayas, 30, of 18 York Court, was charged Monday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Brett McKenna, 32, of 12 Moss Point Trail, Old Lyme, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless endangerment, engaging an officer in a pursuit and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Christopher Urbanati, 21, of 166 Central Ave., was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor and three counts of allowing a minor to possess alcohol.

Heidi Schimelfanick, 26, of 121 Thames St., was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

John Perry, 30 of 218 Kimbel Road, Jewett City, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation.
